Guided by Item 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:

To award, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference, "Dostlug" Order to Strachan Edward George Duncan for services rendered to the promotion of Azerbaijan`s achievements and the strengthening of its cooperation with foreign countries.
