Hungary’s largest oil & gas company MOL will conduct exploration works in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
Within his current Baku visit Minister of Foreign Affairs & Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó has stated that both countries have great potential for the development of energy cooperation.
"We have great hopes for achieving significant energy cooperation within cooperation of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the largest oil company MOL of Hungary," Szijjártó said.
He added that according to the achieved agreement, MOL will carry out exploration in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian.
