The year 2023 has the special place in the history of Azerbaijan: this year, we celebrate the 100th jubilee of National Leader and founder of the national oil strategy Heydar Aliyev, and President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has signed a decree, declaring that the year 2023 shall be celebrated as "Year of Heydar Aliyev" nationwide.
It has been three decades that Caspian Oil&Gas has been a unique platform that brings together numerous participants from the world over, boosts the development of the national economy, and creates preconditions for active negotiations and productive business contacts. It represents the key event in the Caspian and Baltic oil&gas sector.
Ahead of the exhibition, the next issue of Caspian Energy journal (published with the support of the Caspian Energy Club) saw the light, dedicated to the 100th jubilee of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Founded in June of 2002 and bringing together over 5000 companies and other entities from 50 countries, it has been more than two decades that Caspian Energy Club has actively participated in Caspian Oil & Gas.
Our slogan is "energy for business"; speaking energy, we mean the energy of businesspeople and companies across the Caspian, Black Sea, and the Baltic regions that take part in the Caspian Energy Club.
Our organization has resumed its activity in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Türkiye, Czechia, Latvia, and Poland. Since the beginning of the year, we have already held four large-scale international Caspian Energy Investment Forums in Tbilisi, Prague, Istanbul, and Tashkent. The preparations for the next forum in Riga are ongoing.
We have also upscaled formats of events held in Azerbaijan. Such multitopic events as CEO Breakfast, Grand CEO Lunch, CEO Meet Up, and business tours involve more and more business owners and top managers, enabling them to build a quality networking with both local and foreign businesses.
Lately, we have resumed Caspian Energy Meet Up, a networking platform for the oil&gas sector.
This June, we are launching a new format, Azerbaijan Industry 4.4 Forum, the main topic being the promotion of innovative methods in the industry. Events in this format will be held monthly in all regions of the country.
