The 6th practical intensive seminar for exhibitors and stand builders is taking place in Baku

On February 24, 2025, an intensive practical seminar on the topic “How to Increase the Effectiveness of Participation in Exhibitions” is taking place in Baku for exhibition participants and stand builders. The event was organised by the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association and is being held at the Radisson Hotel Baku.
At the opening ceremony of the event, the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association (ASTA), Farid Mamedov, gave a speech. The seminar is attended by exhibition organisers, stand builders, ASTA members, and representatives of sponsor companies.
The seminar, which is being held for the 6th time and aimed at systematizing exhibition experience, will provide participants with the opportunity to 'look at themselves from the outside' and eliminate common mistakes and stereotypes that arise during the preparation for exhibitions.
The practical intensive seminar is conducted by Nikolay Karasev, the Director of the Exhibition Consulting Agency “ExpoEffect”, with 25 years of experience in the exhibition industry and over 1,000 practical training sessions for exhibition participants in more than 10 countries. The experienced expert demonstrates effective methods for increasing exhibition performance, based on real-life cases and examples. Since 2006, more than 25,000 people have participated in the seminar. It is highly recommended with a high loyalty index (NPS), which confirms its value and demand among professionals who return for training again.
At the seminar on “How to Increase the Effectiveness of Participation in Exhibitions” the features of exhibition events, typical mistakes and stereotypes among participants, ways to lay the foundation for success at exhibitions, proper organization of exhibition stands, as well as the presentation of services and products, are discussed.
At the seminar for stand builders on “How to Create and Sell Exhibition Stands”, the requirements for modern exhibition stands, the organization of functional zones, and the optimization of product presentation are discussed.
During the seminar, exhibitors shared their success stories, while sponsor companies shared their successful experiences with the seminar attendees.
The Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association (ASTA) actively organises events, and this is already the second event held in 2025.
