In the Caspian region, we serve national oil companies and international operators through our products of OCTG & Line pipes, and related services. At our facility in Aktau where we do threading of casing and tubular products.
In Azerbaijan, we have previously supplied our products to key projects in the region, for example, Absheron Phase 1, where the entire line pipe requirement was supplied by our facility – Tenaris Dalmine in Italy. And in Kazakhstan, we have supplied very technically intensive products for NCOC’s projects, for example, 1BCME which had a very severe sour service requirement for line pipes. And in Black Sea, we have supplied Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Sakarya Field Development, a Turkish Petroleum project, through our One Line services model.
We have participated in this exhibition since 2018. It is personally my second involvement in this event since I took my role to handle sales of line pipes for the Caspian region. For me, this event is a very important moment to engage with our key customers in Azerbaijan and the region, where we can spend time together in a different setting and reflect on past work done and future opportunities.
An exhibition is a good time and place for networking. At this event and its follow-up editions, I would like to continue this engagement that we have with our key customers and relevant stakeholders that are present here. We are delighted to see SOCAR, BP, TOTAL, and Turkish Petroleum here. We are looking forward to hosting them at our booth. I hope to see more of such regional companies at this exhibition and in future editions of this event.
