I am the Chief Executive Officer of Fleetstock, a company operating in Azerbaijan. Our company is the official distributor of the renowned German brand Hammelmann in the Azerbaijani market. Established in 1949, Hammelmann specializes in the manufacture of high-pressure water pumps and a wide range of related accessories. The company produces pumping systems capable of operating at pressures ranging from 500 to 6,000 bar. These solutions are extensively used in the oil and gas industry, metallurgy, road construction, well cleaning, hydro-cutting applications, and numerous other industrial sectors.
Hammelmann is also a regular participant in some of the world’s most prestigious international exhibitions. The brand enjoys global recognition, and its products are successfully deployed across a wide range of countries and industries. Today, Hammelmann is widely regarded as one of the most reliable and high-quality manufacturers in its field.
At this exhibition, we are showcasing 144 equipment models from the Hammelmann portfolio. One of these units was recently imported to Azerbaijan. It is a mobile system equipped with a Volvo engine and a high-pressure water pump operating at up to 3,000 bar. The unit has been specifically designed for applications in the oil and gas sector.
Recently, our equipment was utilized during scheduled maintenance operations at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery. During the plant shutdown, the system was employed to clean scaled and clogged pipelines. Operating continuously around the clock for ten consecutive days, the unit successfully completed a substantial volume of work and fulfilled all assigned tasks within the required timeframe.
One of the key advantages of this equipment is its mobility. The system features its own engine, enabling operation in virtually any environment, including mountainous regions, well sites, industrial facilities, and road infrastructure projects. It is also highly effective for the removal of road markings and painted traffic lines. The package includes a high-pressure water gun along with a broad selection of accessories designed for various applications.
The equipment delivers a power output of 160 kW. Since many facilities are unable to provide this level of electrical capacity, the unit’s self-sufficient and mobile design eliminates dependence on external power sources, allowing it to operate efficiently in remote or challenging locations.
Fleetstock has been active in Azerbaijan for 27 years. We serve as the local distributor for several international brands and have represented the German-made Hammelmann brand in the country for many years.
Our company participates in these international exhibitions almost every year, with our most recent attendance taking place last year. In my opinion, despite the rapid advancement of digital technologies, trade fairs continue to maintain their relevance. Although their impact has evolved compared to previous years, they remain an important platform for establishing and strengthening business relationships.
Under normal circumstances, it would be difficult to bring together hundreds of companies to present their equipment and technologies in one place. Exhibitions make this possible. They provide a unique environment where customers, suppliers, and manufacturers can meet, establish new partnerships, and showcase innovative solutions. Within a short period of time, participants can hold numerous meetings and engage directly with potential business partners. For this reason, exhibitions continue to demonstrate significant value and effectiveness.
